Who we are: a Dutch Man and an American woman who live in Texas.

My husband came over from Netherlands to Texas for an internship which is where I met him at a college campus and started dating long distance. He proposed and became my 90 day fiance and moved to Texas. Now we have been married for a few years and during that time we have completed many projects and got ourselves into many headaches.

One small idea becomes a series of events and then bigger plans.

We are avid do it yourself kind of people. With the rising cost of food, gas and supplies it is hard to have enough money to pay other people to fix things around the house or on the vehicles. We would rather save our money to travel the world or pay for our hobbies.

We maintenance our own vehicles, tractor, mowers, shop and manufactured home. On top of that we make our own furniture, yard improvements and anything else that needs to be done. We also are small time real estates investors by the means of house flipping which we have been doing for a few years.

Now we are starting our own blog and sharing our experiences to help other beginners and DIYer's find information on projects that we have done.

Many times when we started to work on a project we looked to the internet to help us. Where we were able to grasp an idea of the project we wanted to do. However we still had questions many times when it came to the details and we ended up learning from trial and error. Which is not a bad thing, because that is how humans have learned throughout history.

Now we are sharing our experience and what we have learned from our projects. In hope this will aid others on projects similar or the same to ours.

The internet is a great place for help, because we are capable of sharing and learning from others mistakes and success's which can make everything easier and faster.

We were constantly looking to YouTube videos and websites to find useful information which helped us skip some of the mistakes.

I enjoy seeing people share information and help each other make our homes, yards and lives a better place. We want to help provide information to other DIY'ers so they can accomplish their projects because that has been and is still us... Always Learning!
